Damn, Louis is right, though. It happened on my WF1000XM4. Sony has good headphones, but their true wireless earbuds (TWS) suck! I might as well consider Samsung Buds Pro or something else. I plan to purchase WF1000XM5, but the dilemma is too big. Good grief, Sony!
